Getting Started
1) Go to the practice runs at the Alliance Bank Stadium Home of the Syracuse Chiefs, and try it.
2) Order your kit from The All American Soap Box Derby at
or see if Syracuse Soap Box Derby might rent one from the local derby
3) Send your registration form and fee to the Syracuse Soap Box Derby
4) Come to the technical sessions to see the best way to build your car.
5) Build your car
6) go to practice races
Practice Run:Alliance Bank Stadium Parking Lot May 19th, 2012 9 AM - 12:00 (Noon) **Be sure to have weights in car**
Last Practice Run before the Local Race
- Alliance Bank Stadium Parking Lot
- Saturday June 2nd, 9 AM - 1 PM.
Will Include:
- Pre Inspection of Cars
- Program Photographs
- FOR ALL DRIVERS: All must have at least 2 practice runs and one tech session.
